Acupuncture and Chiropractic have been a great tools to provide healing. I have seen and helped patients with hot flushes with acupuncture. I usually co-treat patients with some kind of hormone replacement therapy. Some patients are able to reduce the amount of hormone they are taking with the help of acupuncture. Now, I am treating a patient with hot flushes with only acupuncture and herbal supplements. She is showing improvement by reducing the frequency and intensity of hot flushes. According to the British Medical Journal, “The results showed that those women given traditional acupuncture had significantly lower MRS scores for somatic and psychological, but not urogenital, symptoms at the end of the 10 weeks than their peers given the sham treatment. The symptom registering the sharpest fall in severity was that of hot flushes.” “they suggest that traditional Chinese acupuncture could be an alternative for those women unable or unwilling to use hormone replacement therapy to ease troublesome menopausal symptoms. ” Acupuncture and chiropractic always work. Your body wants to heal. ALLOW your body to heal and enjoy the ride toward healing. Please let me know if you have any questions, Sincerely Yours, DR.T.

I had several patients ran for half and full marathon this weekend. Some patients came in for knee pain, hip pain and feet pain. Despite of a patient told by other doctor not to run anymore, the patient can run almost pain free now. Acupuncture and Chiropractic works great to treat conditions, however, it does the best on prevention. I found interesting article regarding to using acupuncture treatment for injury treatment and prevention for runners. If you know anyone who maybe interested in this article, please forward the following website. Sincerely yours, Dr. T

A patient with chronic neck pain just finished with acupuncture treatment. After she was done she got up and told me “Dr. T, while I was laying down getting treatment, I was not sure where I was, but I did not care, becauase I never thought I could relax that much”. I told her that you were at the state of meditation. We took her blood pressure and it went down 20 points. She was able to clear her mind and she was at the state of a worry free, thought free and stress free environment. The best way to clean the room is to clear everything from the room and start putting it back in place by organized matter. The same principle apply to your mind, clear your mind first then start taking care of the problems one by one in organized matter. Start meditation to clear your health problems. A lot of my patients tell me that I don’t know how. Here is How. Sit or lay comfortably in the quite room or with playing relaxing music, breath slowly and start clear your mind. Just do not think about anything. I know it is hard, but you will get there. Keep Trying. Don’t give up. You should be able to meditate in a few times. Let me know if you have questions and your result. Sincerely yours, DR. T.

I am a member of crossfit. It is hard to describe what “crossfit” is , so please visit www.crossfit.com. Anyways, I was on the crossfit website and came cross with a quote by Gandhi. “Your thought will become your words, your words will become your actions, your actions will become your habits, your habits will become your character, your character will become your destiny. ” What you think will become what your are. If you think you can do it, you can do it. If you think you cannot, you cannot. Simple. When I adjust patients, I think about patients are getting better and being happy. What if everyone on this earth think positively… what will happen. Think positively every time and see what happens. Is your cup half empty or half full? Think positive good thing will happen. According to above quote, you control your destiny.

This is my first blog ever. I am kinda excited about this. I like to use this blog to just talk out my thoughts. First one, I would like to talk about respect. I think in order for any relationship to stay healthy, you have to have respect to each other. It does not matter whether the relationship is wife/husband, parent/child, teacher/student, or doctor/patient. If there is no respect to each other, there is no good relationship. So what is respect? I think you act in the way you want to be treated, you care about others like you wanted to be cared, you love others like you wanted to be loved. so you hate others like you wanted to be hated? NO, respect is a positive word!! does not have any negative in the word. so, do you need to respect others that don’t respect you? that is a tough question. let me think and come back to it. Do you respect your wife/husband? Yes, does she/he respect you? Yes. Do you respect anyone who has not met before, like athlete, politician, movie star? Yes. Does the person respect you? I think propably Yes. If I don’t feel respect for the person, i cannot respect one. So respect is a feeling to each other. Let’s come back to the tough question. Do you need to respect others that you respect you? But, how do you know they don’t respect you? Usually, feeling of not being respected. One just does not get respect. One needs to work for it and earns the respect. Also there is no true respect unless both respect to each other. So, don’t sit around, go earn your respect!! Keep working hard to earn respect! Start with doing what they do that you don’t do. To answer the tough question, you probably do not respect others who don’t respect you. so go earn the respect by working hard.
